The works in this gallery are a combination of silkscreen and collage. Silkscreen also known as seriagraphy was the first stage of the creation of these works of art on paper. The technique of printing whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate such as paper, fabric or metal. Bright color inks were silkscreened onto large sheets of archival paper that were later cut and assembled into abstract compositions onto paper, a technique of art creation called collage.
